Return Eligibility
To ensure a seamless return process, please observe the following criteria:
Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Condition of Items: Items can be returned even if used but must be in 'as new' condition.
Photo Verification: Please email a clear photo of the item to info@zenlifegrounding.co.uk before returning it. This is to verify the product’s condition and confirm its eligibility for return. Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Include your order number in your communication to speed up the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Items showing signs of excessive wear or use beyond 'as new' condition—such as rips, stains, or smoke damage—are not returnable. Personalized or customized items are also ineligible for return unless they are defective.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@zenlifegrounding.co.uk with your order number and a detailed description of the problem, including photos.
We will handle the return or replacement of the item at no cost to you.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will provide a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Within the 30-day period, email info@zenlifegrounding.co.uk with your order number, reason for the return, and a photo of the item.
Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions and the return address.
Package and Ship the Item: Securely package the product in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective.
Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you about the refund decision. If approved, we will process the refund within 2 business days, crediting it back to your original payment method. The refund may take 3-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Undelivered Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
