Return Conditions for Eligible Products:

To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in "as new" condition. This means it should meet the following requirements:

Important Note: If a returned item does not meet these conditions, ZenLifeUK reserves the right to refuse the return. In such cases, the item can be shipped back to you at your expense, should you choose to keep it.

Due to the personal nature of fitted and flat sheets and in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we are unable to accept returns on these items once their packaging has been opened.
